Global Trade Association
Led marketing campaigns, events and seminars promoting the Global adoption and deployment of Rich Communications Services (RCS) and 5G.
The programme needed to engage disparate groups of global operators, aggregators, OEMs and brands to form new ecosystems and build working groups to facilitate consensus on standards and best practice for RCS and 5G.
To fast track support for the programme's initiatives quickly, my team and I built up a number of new ecosystems around key stakeholders, turning competitors into collaborators and moving the industry towards a common direction.
In RCS my team and I, built a phenomenal ecosystem of thought leaders from mobile operators, aggregators and brands to draw out areas of commonality which we then championed through our marketing campaigns, building a global series of thought leader meetings, roundtable discussions, awareness seminars, webinars and public exhibitions to create momentum around a common standard (the Universal Profile) and RCS itself, while simultaneously driving the ecosystem's shared vision through to GSMA working groups; informing the development of this standard.
In 5G my team and I (in addition hosting demonstrations and seminars across the globe), shone a spotlight on innovation with a series of video interviews and case studies - identifying $1 bn Opex and Capex savings for operators.
